Electric Tankless RTEX 4 (Swap out) PROFESSIONAL CLASSIC TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS OFFER CONTINUOUS AND ENDLESS HOT WATER WHILE ONLY HEATING WATER WHEN YOU DEMAND IT. Electrical work not include Swapped out an old electric tank unit under the kitchen sink and installed a new Rheem RTEX-4. The existing setup wasn’t up to spec, so we had to coordinate with a licensed electrician to run new wiring and upgrade the circuit to handle the load properly. Electrical work was extensive due to limited access. Once power was sorted, we mounted the new unit, made all necessary water line connections, and verified proper flow and heating. Bled the lines, checked for leaks, and tested operation—everything's running smooth now. The new tankless is fully functional and supplying hot water on demand as expected.

Customer call John the plumber out today because she is selling her home and she needs the Emax Model #EMT2.5 underneath the kitchen sink to be brought up to code. The unit needs a drain line for the T&P that runs outside. Unfortunately due to it being an island, there’s no way of running a drain line for the unit. Customer only has two options either install a tankless point of use water heater underneath the kitchen sink or run a new hot line from the water heater in the garage to the kitchen island. Technician will speak with the inspector on Monday to find out the requirements for the tankless unit and will get back with a customer with her options Monday Afternoon.

Diagnostic fee for removing p trap to clear a clog within p trap. Homeowner understands that clog may be in main line which would be $415. The final cost will be determined after removing p-trap. After removing p trap an obstruction was observed in the trap and cleared out. We spoke about filtration which he may opt for the salt softener and carbon filter which is a superior option compared to the atlas filter.

Customer call John the plumber out today because she’s having issues with her guest bathroom shower and not having any water. Upon arrival, customer informed technician that she previously had a quote to redo her bathroom and unfortunately she was not able to afford the $6000 price tag for the renovation but she found a handyman that did the renovation for $2500. Unfortunately, the job was not done properly as far as all the plumbing work is concerned. And when technician turned on the bathtub, he saw water was actually coming out of the spout. It was just a little stiff. that is due to the shower valve. * customer also has a crack in the bathtub* Technician will give the customer a few options to resolve your issues

Customer call John the plumber out today because she recently purchased a home and she found out the garbage disposal was not working. Upon inspection technician realized at the garbage disposal drain lines were not piped up properly, and in order to put a new garbage disposal in technician will have to open up the wall behind the kitchen sink to bring down the drain lines to an appropriate level, that way he can install a P-trap. Technician also recommended to the customer that he can remove the garbage disposal and just install tubular piping with a sink strainer. Technician will create two options for the customer.
